1 The App
Download the fully-featured app from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Follow the instructions in the app to register your details.
2 Tell Us About Yourself
We just need to take a few details from you. You’ll need to link your sample to the account otherwise we can’t process your sample.
3 Barcode
Find the barcode on the tube. Open the app and scan the barcode on the tube. The app will connect you and your account to the kit.
4 Prepare The Sample Tube
Unscrew the lid and attach the saliva funnel. Wait 30 minutes after eating, drinking or smoking before providing your sample. Fill to 4ml with saliva.
5 Locate The Return Envelope
Put the test tube into it and seal it well. Send it!
6 We Will Keep You Informed
Your DNA results can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. Epigenetic results can take up to 8 weeks. Expect a message soon to tell you we have your sample and to keep you updated.
